Stefan Silberstein

Stefan Silberstein is a member of our Performance Improvement and Advanced Manufacturing & Services practices.

He has more than 15 years of experience in operations and manufacturing spanning both corporate leadership roles and management consulting. He specializes in factory, supply chain, and footprint optimization, supporting full-potential transformations from strategy and design through implementation. He is well versed in lean methodologies, network optimization, and production system design, and integrates emerging technologies and AI use cases to accelerate operational impact. Prior to joining our firm, Stefan held a range of operations roles at Rolls-Royce, including capital project design and delivery, Lean Six Sigma continuous improvement, and factory operations leadership with end-to-end accountability.

Stefan holds a Master of Management from the Yale School of Management, an MBA from IE Business School in Madrid, and a master’s degree in manufacturing engineering and operations management from the University of Nottingham.
