Kara
Kara Tolub is a member of our Financial Services and Telecommunications practices.
Her work spans corporate and business-unit strategy for large Australian companies, with particular depth in wealth management, P&C insurance, and telecommunications.
In recent years, Kara has led significant customer-driven growth engagements in both the telco and insurance sectors. Across all the transformations she has led, whether growth-oriented or performance-improvement-driven, she brings a balance of strategic rigour and pragmatism.
Beyond her client work, Kara has been a member of Bain's Professional Development Committee. She has also been a core contributor to the development of flexible working practices and Women at Bain initiatives in the Australian office.
In her personal time, Kara is the proud mum of three.
