Clark Herndon is an expert in the firm’s Advanced Manufacturing & Services, Mergers & Acquisitions and Private Equity practices.
Throughout his time at Bain, Clark has advised clients across industries on mergers and acquisitions (M&A), corporate finance, strategy and due diligence. His recent sector expertise focuses primarily on Aerospace and Defense covering a variety of sub-sectors, including commercial aerospace OEMs and suppliers, space, defense electronics, etc.
In the M&A sphere, Clark is deeply versed in M&A strategy / portfolio strategy, M&A capability, and merger integration (operational and functional integration, as well as operating model and organization design / talent selection).
He holds both an MBA and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Virginia.
