Helen Liu is a member of our Automotive practice.

With more than a decade of management consulting experience, Helen's expertise spans industrial and automotive service strategy in China, as well as OEM global expansion. She has deep expertise in the machinery and medtech sectors, where she supports clients in performance improvement, M&A, and operating model transformations. She is also an active contributor to our Customer Strategy, Marketing, and Performance Improvement practices.

Helen holds an MBA from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business and an M.S. from Nanjing University.
