Matt Michel

Matt Michel is a member of our Financial Services practice.

He leads our work on AI and data transformation, with a focus on personalization at scale. He primarily serves financial services clients but works across industries. Matt works with clients to scale AI across the enterprise, from defining strategy and target architecture to establishing the data foundations, operating model, governance, and delivery capabilities required to move from isolated use cases to sustained business impact at scale.

Matt graduated from Duke University with a degree in economics and holds a Master of Business Administration from INSEAD and a Master’s in Data Science and AI from Harvard University.
