Dr. Eric Zayer is a member of our Automotive & Mobility practice and serves as its Lead in EMEA. He is also Vice Leader of Bain's Advanced Manufacturing & Services practice in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland (DACH).
Eric has nearly two decades of management consulting experience, specializing in large-scale transformations across the automotive value chain, including growth strategy and sales, customer service and strategy as well as engineering, research and development. His expertise spans passenger car and commercial vehicle manufacturers, engineering service providers, rental companies, dealers, and electric vehicle charging solution providers.
Eric holds a Ph.D. and a business degree from WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management.
