Anamaria Mulcahy

Anamaria is the global leader of our Bain Executive Network (BEN).

She advises boards, CEOs, and senior executives on CEO succession, board effectiveness, executive assessment, and leadership transitions. She partners with organizations globally to strengthen leadership teams and governance while coaching senior executives through pivotal career and succession decisions.

Prior to joining our firm, Anamaria spent more than 15 years in executive search and leadership advisory. She advised clients on CEO, chair, and board appointments across consumer, retail, and board practices and helped establish the Colombia office of a global executive search and leadership advisory firm. Earlier in her career, she worked in the board of directors and consumer goods practices at another global executive search and leadership advisory firm.

Anamaria holds a Master's degree in International Human Resources from Cranfield University, a BA in Psychology from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana, and an Executive Coaching qualification from Columbia University. She serves on the Advisory Board of Cranfield University's MSc in Management programme.
