Edel is a member of our Automotive practice and serves as its Lead for the Americas.
She has nearly two decades of management consulting experience across the automotive, construction, and machinery sectors. Her expertise spans strategy development, B2B go-to-market design, channel management, and OEM and dealer dynamics.
Prior to Bain, she served as Chief Commercial Officer for the Harley-Davidson Motor Company, leading global growth across motorcycles, parts, and accessories. She holds an MBA with distinction from Harvard Business School and a bachelor's degree in chemical engineering from Universidad Simon Bolivar.
