With nearly three decades of consulting management experience, Derek's expertise spans airline revenue management, technology transformation, and customer experience. He is the former global leader of our Airlines practice and continues to advise clients on operational excellence, procurement savings, and AI-enabled operations.
Derek holds a bachelor's degree in science and business from Babson College and an MBA with honors from the Kellogg School of Management.
