Danielle Stekelenburg

Danielle Stekelenburg is a member of our Performance Improvement practice.

She specializes in complex global transformations, helping organizations deliver rapid results by optimizing delivery, reducing costs, or increasing revenue, with a strong focus on building the culture needed to sustain change. She works across industries, with particular experience in technology and telecommunications.

Much of Danielle's current work centers on AI-led transformation, using AI to optimize core business processes to improve outcomes and lower costs. She helps executives translate AI's promise into pragmatic delivery by identifying where AI can accelerate results, where human judgment should remain central, and how to build the talent and operating model needed to sustain change.

Danielle holds a Master of Science in systems engineering from Delft University of Technology and a Master of Arts in econometrics from Western University in Canada.

Outside of work, Danielle is an active sports enthusiast and volunteers as a business coach to young entrepreneurs leading sports-related startups.
