Catalina Fajardo

Catalina Fajardo is a member of our Telecommunications, Media and Technology (TMT) practice and co-founder of the Bogotá office.

Catalina has more than 15 years of consulting experience and advises clients across a range of sectors, with a particular focus on telecommunications, metals, and mining. Her recent work has centered on all domains of telco companies, as well as the gold, coal, and mining spheres. Her engagements have involved performance improvement, organization, strategy and customer strategy, and digital enablement across several companies, industries, and geographies.

In addition to her client work, Catalina is the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion leader for our South America offices and office head of the Bogotá office

Prior to joining us in 2011, she worked for another global consulting firm.

An engineer by training, Catalina holds a degree from the Universidad de los Andes in Bogotá, Colombia. She also holds an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business.
