The industry still hasn’t hit that steep portion of the S-curve where investment institutions and portfolio companies are being transformed. The challenge is actually making that happen, because unfortunately, technology adapts, moves, and evolves much faster than human beings.

Today on the show, we’ll hear how some of the sharpest investors I know are tackling exactly that challenge, drawn from my interviews with Vista’s Robert Smith, Hg’s David Toms, Advent’s John Maldonado, CVC’s Rob Lucas, KKR’s Pete Stavros, and Apollo’s David Sambur.

Regular listeners may recognize some of these excerpts, but hearing them together offers something new: a snapshot of where the industry’s leading investors believe AI is creating value today, and where both the technology and their organizations still have room to evolve.
